Returns & Refund Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Orders placed before this date retain the return rights stated when purchased.

90-day VelaHush odor guarantee

Try the VelaHush Pet Odor Mist Sprayer with our refill pods for 90 days from delivery. If the odor result is not right for you, contact us within that period to request a full product-price refund. Used sprayers and discounted VelaHush sets are eligible under this guarantee. Keep the refill pods; support will provide any instructions for returning the sprayer. Proof of purchase is required.

Items excluded from ordinary returns

Discounted sale items, final sale items, personalized goods and gift cards cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy. These ordinary-return exclusions do not restrict the 90-day VelaHush odor guarantee. These exclusions do not remove remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods or any rights required by law.

How to request a return

Email support@allvibespet.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Include photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Wait for authorization and shipping instructions before returning anything. The approved return destination is supplied by support; our mailing address is not a return authorization.

Incorrect or damaged goods

Report damage or a fault on arrival within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and outer packaging. For approved incorrect-item claims, we provide a prepaid return label and send the replacement once the return is tracking. Approved exchanges for damaged or defective goods are free of charge. Support may waive the return where appropriate. This reporting window does not limit mandatory rights or the separate device warranty.

Return shipping and fees

There is no restocking fee. We cover return shipping for approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims. Customers pay return postage for other approved returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return results from damage, a defect or an incorrect item. Use tracked shipping and retain your receipt.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, we notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional posting time. If a refund is missing, check with your payment provider, then contact us.

Order cancellation

Email us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel only while fulfillment can still be stopped; cancellation is not guaranteed after processing starts. An approved cancellation receives a refund to the original payment method.

Device warranty

The 12-month limited motor and battery warranty covers eligible defects in the sprayer motor and battery for 12 months from delivery. It is separate from the 90-day odor guarantee.
