12-month limited motor and battery warranty

All Vibes Pet provides a limited warranty for the VelaHush sprayer to its original purchaser for 12 months from delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in the motor and battery during normal household use according to the supplied instructions. This motor and battery warranty is separate from our 90-day odor guarantee.

Coverage and exclusions

The warranty applies to the sprayer motor and battery. Consumable refills, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or repair, and clog damage from putting anything other than a water-based solution in the sprayer are excluded. Use only water-based solutions; our pods or any water-based enzyme cleaner do not void the warranty. This does not exclude remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied consumables or rights required by law.

Request warranty assistance

Email support@allvibespet.com within the warranty period with your order number, a photo of the serial plate on the sprayer, and a short description, photo or video of the fault. Support may suggest a quick troubleshooting step first.

Approved remedy: replacement shipped, nothing to mail back

For a confirmed covered defect we ship a replacement sprayer from California, tracked, within 5 business days of confirming the fault. You do not need to return the faulty unit; we may ask you to dispose of it or, rarely, to send it back at our cost with a prepaid label. If a replacement is not available, we refund the sprayer purchase price within 10 business days instead. Your payment provider may require additional posting time. Contact us if a remedy has not arrived within those periods.

Arrival faults

If the sprayer arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging and retain the packaging. We handle these free of charge. That reporting period does not reduce the 12-month warranty or mandatory rights.

Your other rights

This voluntary warranty is additional to applicable consumer rights and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded. For the 90-day odor guarantee, ordinary returns or cancellation, see our Return and Refund Policy. Refill renewals do not restart the device warranty.
