Payment Policy

Currency and payment methods

Our store prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability of cards, wallets and accelerated checkout may depend on your device, location and provider. Your provider may apply currency conversion or other fees.

When you are charged

Payment is due when you place your order. Fulfillment begins only after successful payment. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you confirm payment. Standard US shipping is $4.99 for orders below $99.99 and free for orders of $99.99 or more, based on merchandise subtotal after discounts, unless a different charge is expressly disclosed for a subscription plan. Import duties on US orders are included in the checkout price.

Payment security and verification

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Never email us your full card number, security code or password. We may request order verification to help prevent fraud and may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified. A payment authorization or confirmation email does not override availability or order acceptance under our Terms of Service.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment fails, check your billing details or contact your provider. If you believe you were charged twice or have an unfamiliar charge, email support@allvibespet.com with the order number and payment date. Do not include full payment credentials.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is possible only while fulfillment can still be stopped. Returns, exclusions and approved refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy; approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank may require additional posting time.

Subscriptions

Recurring charges occur only if you select a subscription and accept its disclosed amount and schedule. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
